The United We Stand Canada Foundation currently ships the UWSC Foundation Apparel items within Canada.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and product availability.

Estimated Delivery:

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 10–15 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Tracking information may be provided depending on the shipping method used.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size.
• Hoodies may have different shipping weights 
• Shipping costs may vary slightly

Because the Foundation operates in a startup phase and uses apparel sales to support future programs, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective
• The wrong size or product was shipped

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Worn or washed apparel 
• Items damaged by the customer
• Donations (non‑refundable)

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
