Programs & Impact

Building a national movement of compassion, opportunity, and unity.

The United We Stand Canada Foundation is in its early stages, laying the groundwork for a national support network that will uplift Canadians in crisis, empower young people, and strengthen communities.

Right now, our focus is on building the infrastructure needed to launch meaningful programs across the country.

Our startup‑phase priorities include:

  • Establishing partnerships with colleges, universities, and youth organizations
  • Developing pilot support programs for individuals and families in crisis
  • Creating frameworks for community‑based initiatives
  • Building transparent governance and CRA‑compliant systems
  • Preparing national outreach and volunteer networks

Every donation today helps us build the foundation for tomorrow’s impact.

Future Programs (Launching in Phases)

As we grow, we will introduce programs designed to support Canadians where they need it most.

1. Crisis Support Programs

Helping individuals and families facing urgent hardship with dignity and compassion.

2. Youth Empowerment Initiatives

Providing mentorship, real‑world experience, and opportunities through partnerships with educational institutions.

3. Small Business Strengthening (Non‑Commercial)

Offering community‑based support, training, and youth‑led initiatives that help small businesses thrive.

4. Community Unity Projects

Bringing Canadians together through initiatives that promote connection, resilience, and national pride.

Impact Philosophy

We believe in building programs that are:

Compassion‑Driven

Every initiative begins with dignity, respect, and understanding.

Community‑Focused

We work with local partners to ensure support reaches those who need it most.

Youth‑Empowering

Young Canadians are not just beneficiaries — they are leaders and contributors.

Transparent & Accountable

We are committed to clear reporting, responsible stewardship, and ethical governance.

Built for Long‑Term Impact

"My name is Jaime McLeod, and I am entering my third year in Justice Studies at the University of Guelph–Humber. I recently completed a co‑op placement with United We Stand Canada, and it was an incredible experience. The organization stands for an important cause and offers students meaningful opportunities to get involved and build real experience. During my placement, I gained hands‑on experience working on impactful projects in a supportive environment. One of the highlights was working alongside Randy—his guidance, encouragement, and positive attitude made the experience welcoming and motivating. My time at United We Stand Canada strengthened my professional skills and was truly rewarding."

Today, many companies say they are inclusive and stick to their values, but unfortunately, it's said to check off a box that is on very trend right now. What I love about my experience with United We Stand Canada, is they say what they mean and they do what they say.  Their mission and values is not just corporate jargon. United We Stand Canada’s mission to make a positive impact on Canadians is taken with the utmost importance. Randy Bowen is a highly motivated and fantastic professional with great insight into the importance of Canadian community in today’s geopolitical landscape. I am excited to continue to support this great initiative."

“Working with United We Stand Canada was certainly an adventure that exposed me to a diverse range of emotions. The first time I was assigned to design a poster for the company, I felt intense pressure to make it perfect. My boss, Randy Bowen, reassured me throughout the process and encouraged me to focus on the meaning in my work. His praise helped me improve with each project. I will always have positive memories of United We Stand Canada, as it was my first company and gave me a glimpse of a professional work environment.”
