Refunds are available only for:

• Damaged items
• Defective items
• Incorrect items shipped

Refunds are not available for:

• Size preference
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear

Donations are generally non‑refundable, as they are used to support the Foundation’s mission.
However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact us within 7 days, and we will review the request.

You may cancel your monthly donation at any time.
Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
